Dr. Bhagat earned his MBBS from JN Medical College, Wardha, and completed his Master’s in ENT Head and Neck Surgery at Government Medical College, Nanded, in 2008. He further refined his skills during his tenure at some of India’s premier medical institutions. At Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai, he was an integral part of the Cochlear Implant Unit under the guidance of Dr. Sandra Desouza and Dr. Prabodh Karnik. He then served as Senior Registrar at the prestigious Seth GS Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, gaining invaluable experience in advanced ENT procedures.

In 2010, Dr. Bhagat established his private practice in Gondia, bringing world-class care to the local community. As a pioneer in the region, he introduced several advanced procedures, including bronchoscopy, coblation surgeries, and powered endoscopic sinus surgeries. His expertise spans a wide range of ENT surgeries, with special interests in pediatric bronchoscopies, endoscopic sinus and skull base surgeries, micro ear surgeries, and head and neck surgeries.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Bhagat is actively involved in academics and research. He has been elected twice to the National AOI Forum as an Editorial Board Member and serves as a reviewer for the prestigious Indian Journal of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery (IJOHNS).
